1. Scope of Services

1.1 Audit and Reporting Services: We provide professional auditing, compliance, and report preparation services. Our services schedule and details are outlined in individual engagement letters.

1.2 Information Products: We offer digital publications, templates, and guidebooks to support operational and procedural understanding. Access and delivery are managed electronically.

1.3 Goods: We supply printed materials, manuals, and related stationery as specified in the order confirmation.

2. Service Scheduling and Delivery

You may reschedule or adjust the date of a service appointment free of charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the original date via our contact form or by calling +41763501433.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Audit and Reporting Services: Services are non-refundable once the final report or audit findings have been delivered, due to the unique allocation of expert resources and time-sensitive processes. If you cancel at least 72 hours before the start date, we will refund any prepaid fees in full. For cancellations made within 72 hours, we may retain up to 50% of the fee to cover preparatory work. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

3.2 Information Products: You may request a refund within 30 days of electronic delivery if you are not satisfied. To qualify, submit a request detailing the issue via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

3.3 Goods: Physical items may be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate sending back, contact us via contact form for instructions. You are responsible for outbound shipping unless the item is defective. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of sent-back goods.

4. No-Refund Justification

Certain specialized services involve bespoke analysis and strict scheduling. Once the final audit report or customized advisory document is delivered, those resources cannot be reassigned. This policy ensures fairness and maintains quality standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant service, product, or good. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The effective date of the latest version will be noted at the top. Continued use of our services after amendments constitutes acceptance.
